Li Li has six years of experience workingas a valuer. She joined Kenwood Real Estate as a Valuation Officer in 1996 before pursing her degree in the University of South Australia.

As a Valuation Officer, her main responsibilities include inspection of HDB and private residential properties, compilation of property information, analysis and research of propertydata and preparation of valuation reports.

Upon her graduation in 1999, she rejoined Kenwood REal Estate as a Valuer. Her main responsibilities besides inspection of properties and preparation of valuation reports, was to verify and sign valuation reports and also to undertake appeal cases and complaints from owners and HDB's Valuers.

In 2001, she joined Vigers International Property Consultants (Singapore) Pte Ltd as a Valuer/Personal Assistant to Senior Director (Valaution). She ahndled mainly litigation, land acquisition and property tax objections and appeal cases.

Main land acquistition cases that she was involved include: Lorong 3 Geylang (the extension of Upper Boon Keng Road) and Punggol Fish Farm. Her scope of work involved preparing and submitting Notices of Appeals and petition of Appeals, negotiating with Land officevaluers for settlement of compensation.

For property tax cases, she ahd to prepare and submit property tax grounds of objections and appeals, negotiate with IRAS valuers for settlement and attending to all Pre-Hearing at Valuation Review Board. Her main clients were Sime Darby, Ascendas Global Gateway Pte LTd, Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited and Parco Bugis Junction.

Her main litigation cases were No. 20 Leedon Road and Dragon Court whereby she assisted the sEnior Director in preparing valuation reports, attend meetings with clients and lawyers for Court Hearing.

In year 2003, she joined CKS Property Consultants Pte Ltd as a Valuer. Beside her normal inspection duties, she had to meet clients and participate in the marketing efforts of the valuation services of the company.

Li Li is now with Realty International Associates Pte Ltd as a Manager. Her main responsibilities include valuation of all types of properties, meeting clients and sourcing business opportunities for valuation services.
