In his 19 years as a licensed appraiser, Paul has comprehensive experience in this professional field. He started his career with Chesterton International Property Consultants Pte Ltd in 1985 as a valuer. During his stint there, his responsibilities comprise providing property valuation for all purposes including mortagages, sales and purchase etc. His exposure also includes preparation and handling of valuations for compulsory acquisitions and property tax matters. He also represented clients in their objections and appeals to the State for these specialized purposes.

Between 1987 and 1992, Paul was at Malayan Banking Berhad and held the position of Senior Officer. As the only valuer in the bank, he handled valuations of properties, feasibility studies for investments and property consultancy for the bank. His years there had widen his scope and enriched his experienc in the real state market.

He expanded his horizons by joining TLB Management Services Pte Ltd (A subsidiary of Tat Lee Bank Ltd) in 1992. In his capacity as an Assistant Manager, he managed a team of valuers and handled more complex valuatin cases. His work also includes conducting feasibilities studies and property consultancy for the bank. This includes the relocation of the bank's backroom operations to International Business Park, securing a tender for the development of the bank's 8-storey building at Tampines Finance Park and the redevelopment of the bank's HQ at Market Street.

Paul joined CKS Property Consultants Pte LTd in 1995 in the capacity of Head and Director of Valuation. Under his stalwart guidance, CKS was able to maintain its position as an appointed valuer on the panel of Housing & Development Board, Central Provision Fun Board and numerous financial institutions in 1993. He has also gained prominence and has represented clients as expert witness in court proceedings. While in CKS, he also developed Singapore's first Internet valuation service, CQValue, with the support of IDA.

Paul now heads th Valuation Department in Realty International Associated Pte Ltd in the capacity as Director. He has the expertise to handle valuation for all purposesand the breath of exposure to all types of properties. With his experiences, he is able to lead a team of valuers who will be committed to integrity and service.
