Bachelor of Art (Land Economics & Administration)

Kenny started his career with Realty International Associates Pte Ltd in 1996 as a Valuation Officer. During his stint there, his responsibilities include inspection of HDB and private properties, analysis and research of property data and preparation of valuation reports.

Beside his basic valuation duties, he is requried to quote indicative values of properties to clients in financial institutions and solicitors.

Kenny was promoted to the position of Manager at Realty International Associates Pte Ltd in Year 2004. Besides valuation, he now has to constantly meet up with clients to look for new business opportunities for the department in the hope of expanding the existing client-base.
