Angeline joined CKS Property Consultants as a valuer upon graduation in 1997. As a licensed appraiser, her responsibilities include valuation of various properties (both land & building) for all purposes such as acquisition and disposal, development feasibility, preparation of company financial statements, mortgage financing, takeover and merger, insurance, statutory (compulsory acquisition and alienation) etc.

In 1999, she was part of a team involved in the valuation of over 900 units for HDB under the Selective En-bloc Redevelopment (SER) for Toa Payoh Estate. She also participated in the dvelopment and launch of the firm's Internet and wireless property value indication services i.e. cqValue and cqMobile in 2000.

She has handled numerous valuations of properties and feasibility studies, acquiring very extensive exposure in the field of real estate valuation. She also has to look into the business development aspects of the Department by constantly keeping tracks of new potential clients in the hope of expanding the existing client-base. She was promoted to the position of Manager in 2002.

Angeline is now with Realty International Associates Pte Ltd as an Associate Director. Besides basic responsibilities like valuation of all types properties, she also has to constantly look out for business opportunities for the department and directly assisting the Director of valuation in the running of the entire department.
